Founder
Niladri Roy brings over 27 years of rich industry experience, backed by a strong foundation in Hotel Management. He began his career at Taj Bengal Hotel, where he developed deep expertise in hospitality, service standards. He later advanced his career with Sodexo, managing large-scale facilities and complex operations across the corporate sector. Later, he founded Neverno Allied Services, which grew into a Private Limited company in 2022, reflecting his continued leadership and professional evolution.

Mr. Tanmoy Chowdhury, M.Com, brings over eight years of expertise in finance and financial management. With strong analytical skills and strategic insight, he excels in budgeting, forecasting, and resource optimization.
